Module Overview

It is very common to over present and give out too much information about a development, the homes, location, choices a customer has on other developments and homes in the same locality.

This comes from a good place – it is a desire to share what you know. The downside is that you share too much and it is not taken on board by the customer or valued if they do hear it.

This lesson helps you consider how you can practice the Give to Get principle in your selling.
