Module Overview

Demonstration is the most emotionally engaging part of a sale so your sales approach should be planned and staged to ensure the customer is emotionally engaged. 

A well-managed and interactive demonstration will give you feedback and comments from the customer; to inform you of every aspect of where the home and development meets their needs and expectations. It is a key stage to build maximum commitment and thereby generate opportunities.

An effective and persuasive demonstration needs to be planned. The homes on your site need to be demonstrated in benefit terms that are relevant to that specific customer.
